**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products, services, or brands, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Manage and maintain company website and social media channels, ensuring content is engaging, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum reach and visibility.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, utilizing findings to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support in marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics and data analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, recommending innovative strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in budget planning and management for marketing activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and marketing trends.
- Previous experience in the industry or market segment is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
