Conceptualizing, managing, owning and growing company/brand Profile Pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube on all major social Media Platforms.
- Researching and writing high-quality platform-specific content for social media
- post designs, REEL/Shorts storyboards, and website copies, and other required creatives.
- Create engaging social media content and formats (REEL/Videos/Carousels) that have potential of share-ability and viralty.
- Research influencers for respective business/clientele for collaboration opportunities and leverage influencer marketing strategies.
- Able to work closely with graphic designers and video editors to create engaging content as per modern design trends and produce the best quality output working as a team.
- Creating and timely executing thorough and thoughtful social media content calendar in advance every month for company/clientele social pages.
- Follow and keep a close eye on the latest trends in social media and generate real-time content.
- Reviewing, editing, revising and proofreading content as per the feedback from managers and HOD or senior management.
- Analyze competition social media page performances and content, and bring learnings into our work.
- Leverage social media analytics to grow social media KPIs and strategize as per the social media data analytics
- Excellent verbal, written and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- A desire to learn, follow processes & being proactive in executing content ideas.
- Creative mindset to brainstorm and create content as per the planned strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on current social media marketing trends.
- Excellent command of English with the ability to write in various tones and styles.
- Must have complete knowledge of social media and core social media marketing.
- An excellent understanding of Grammar and good grasp of English communication.
- Detail-oriented and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Proficiency with all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter)
- Outgoing personality who can gel with different team members in various departments within the company.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, digital marketing, social media marketing or related field
- 2-3 years or above years of relevant social media experience.
- Certifications in digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
- Basic knowledge to edit graphics using AI tools/Canva/VN Editor/Capcut.
- Basic and Advanced knowledge of excel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
