We are hiring a Merchandiser for our client in the **Apparel and Fashion Industry (Export house).**

The company is a government recognized “Star Export House” of India which deals in Apparels, fashion accessories and home goods products. The company’s clients include some of the largest global retailers in the world.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to produce sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services. You will get the right product, in the right place, time, quantity and price.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the production process for **SPLASH**, from design to delivery
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and acceptable quality
- Create and maintain production schedules, and monitor the production process to ensure that design specifications and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
- Communicate regularly with **SPLASH** to understand their requirements and expectations, and ensure that these are met throughout the production process
- Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery of finished garments to OVS Italy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to ensure that the garment export house remains competitive.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing and coordinating the production process for **SPLASH.**:

- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and garment production software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
