A Tender Executive manages the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals and securing contracts. This role involves coordinating with various teams, analyzing tender documents, preparing technical and commercial bids, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions. - **Tender Identification and Analysis**:Monitoring online and offline tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, E-tender portals) for relevant opportunities. Analyzing tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to evaluate business fit.
- **Tender Documentation and Submission**:Preparing and submitting comprehensive and competitive tender proposals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- **Coordination and Communication**:Interfacing with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, etc.) to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions. Maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.
