**About Draftly**:
- Draftly helps creators, founders, and marketers create high-performing LinkedIn content with AI - faster and easier. We are growing and now looking for someone who can help us scale and align the right ideas with the right audience.
**What will you do**
- As our go-to-market strategist, you will:
- Work directly with the founders to plan and define GTM strategies for product launches, feature updates, and marketing experiments.
- Help us identify the right audience segments and channels to focus on:
- Coordinate with other team members (content, product, customer support) to make sure plans are executed smoothly.
- Track the performance of different GTM activities and suggest improvements.
- Support in building positioning, messaging, and basic sales enablement docs when needed.
- This is not a full-time role. We are looking for someone who can contribute 10-20 hours a week, depending on the stage of work.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in go-to-market or growth marketing roles at SaaS companies.
- Comfortable working with small, fast-moving teams.
- Good understanding of how SaaS products are launched and marketed.
- Able to write clear messaging and organize GTM plans.
- Can communicate and collaborate well with remote teams.
