**Job Title**: Sales Executive - RFID and Technology Solutions
**Location**: Hyderabad, India (Work from Home)
**Industry**: RFID, Technology Solutions, Electrical Industry
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Client Management**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the RFID and technology solutions space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries, follow-ups, and customer concerns.
**2. Delivery Management**
- Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end process for customer deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
**3. Market Research & Strategy**
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Leverage insights to identify new product opportunities and improve client engagement.
**4. Sales Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and delivery statuses.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and market developments.
**5. Collaboration & Teamwork**
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide input into marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry or technology solutions sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS word, Excel and Google docs. Familiarity with RFID technologies and solutions is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
