- Ensure the compliance with the requirement of GMP & Sanitation.
- Ensure Cleaning & sanitation of all Production, Packing Equipments & environment.
- Handling of All Production & Packing machine operators throughout the shift.
- Coordinate with Quality department for implementation of Food safety Management System throughout the Shop Floor.
- Ensure production & packing of Finish Goods, WIP & Bulk materials as per Cadbury Quality protocol & as per Government rules & regulations.
- Ensure implementation of HACCP protocol throughout the Production & Packing department.
- Responsible for implementation of Cadbury QP system related to Production & Packing.
- To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel

and the plant personnel’s is carried out and adapted according to need.
- Active participation on site during Internal Audits, Regulatory Audits & Cadbury Global Audits.
- Handling of Manpower on Shop Floor efficiently & delivering maximum output with proper Quality parameter.
- Maintaining all required documentation as per Cadbury Quality protocol.
- Knowledge of 6-singa
