We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help us continue to lead the market.

The Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that the manufacturing of pre-rolled smoking papers is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all company and regulatory standards. The supervisor will play a key role in managing production schedules, staff, and resources, while maintaining a focus on quality control and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the production team, ensuring proper execution of production plans.
- Monitor daily production schedules and workflows to ensure production targets are met on time and within budget.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all production staff.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure the final product meets company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about equipment and processes.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operating efficiently; coordinate repairs and maintenance when needed.
- Monitor and track production metrics (e.g., output, downtime, waste) and report to management.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, working with the logistics team to ensure timely supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, including health and safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
