**Position Title: Amazon Online Seller Executive**

Experience Required**:Minimum 1 year in Amazon seller operations or e-commerce platform management.**

Location**:Pashan - Sus Link Road**.

Employment Type**:Full time.**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Amazon Seller Account Management**:

- Handle day-to-day operations of the Amazon seller account, including listing products, managing inventory, and maintaining account health.
- Monitor and resolve account-related issues such as policy violations or suspensions.

**Product Listing & Optimization**:

- Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for improved visibility and sales.

**Inventory & Order Management**:

- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and replenished to avoid stockouts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment teams to manage order processing and delivery timelines.

**Marketing & Promotions**:

- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and deals to boost sales and visibility.
- Manage Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to maximize ROI.

**Customer Service**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback through the Amazon platform.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high ratings and reviews for products.

**Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and analyze sales data, advertising performance, and customer trends.
- Generate regular performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing an Amazon seller account or e-commerce platform.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s guidelines, policies, and algorithms.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital marketing.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
