Cloud Administrator responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure. This includes configuring virtual machines, storage solutions, and network resources to ensure a robust and reliable foundation.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services including VMs, VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, Load Balancers, and Azure Backup
Proficient in using Azure Portal, CLI, and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), MFA, and conditional access policies
Monitor and optimize performance of infrastructure components using tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Manage user access, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and policies in Azure AD.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure is secure, patched, and compliant with organizational standards and policies.
Strong knowledge of Azure multi subscription environment, Azure Webapp and SQL database.
WAF and Azure front door.
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Azure service pricing/ Azure AVD
- Provide support and troubleshooting for infrastructure incidents and service requests
- Deploy, configure, and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, and others.
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and security and Monitor systems using AWS-native tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config) and third-party solutions.
- Manage IAM users, roles, permissions, and implement security best practices (e.g., MFA, least privilege)
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices
- Strong knowledge of AWS multi organization environment.
- Good troubleshooter
- Additional Responsibility:

- _O365 administration & Management_
- _License management of O365 / Cloud_
- _Can work on Weekend to support Maintenance / Downtime/ etc._
- _Should have knowledge of BCP/ DR and Compliance requirements_
- _Work with the DevOps team to provide cloud support and deployment for existing projects_
- _Train company employees to utilise cloud tools and systems effectively_
- _Provide troubleshooting support for clients and internal IT teams_
- _Perform administrative processes for all cloud systems, including installation, backup, security, array management and software patching_
- _Identify suitable third-party cloud solutions and service providers as per project or business requirement_
