Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of the IT infrastructure.

2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

3. Ensure the security of the IT environment by implementing appropriate measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.

4. Manage user accounts and permissions, including adding and removing users as necessary.

5. Backup and restore data to prevent loss in the event of system failures or disasters.

6. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and upgrades to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

7. Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting problems and answering questions.

8. Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure seamless operation of technology systems.

9. Document IT procedures and processes for reference and training purposes.

10. Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.

4. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

5. Familiarity with Cloud Computing.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA A+, etc.) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
