**Experience and Technical Requirements**:

- Planning and provisioning of Microsoft 365 tenant and working in hybrid environment.
- Design solutions for Microsoft 365 tenant based on client’s requirements.
- Planning migration from Exchange On-Premises to Exchange Online.
- Planning and deployment of MS Teams and MS Teams Phone System.
- Planning migration from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online.
- Management and configuring SharePoint online.
- Planning and designing the policies for Microsoft 365 compliance and security.
- Good command over PowerShell
- Knowledge on ADFS, Azure AD and DNS.
- Ability to deploy apps onto the MS365 environment.
- Security and distribution group management.
- Mobile Device Management
- Configure and manage Dir Sync.
- Office365 License allocation, renewal, and recovery.
- Third Party Management and liaising with Microsoft.
- Own and manage changes necessary to manage and update the environment.
- Propose best practices and knowledge area settings to improve environment.
- Communicate to end users for necessary changes and when troubleshooting cases.
- Provide plans and status updates to manager/leadership, as requested.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of MS365 service health by analyzing logs and reports.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Developed automation solution using MS tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Compliance, Security, Microsoft Teams administration, SharePoint On-Premises, and SharePoint Online administration.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Execute and manage migrations to Microsoft 365 using different methods, such as:

- Cutover Migration
- Staged Migration
- Hybrid Deployment
- IMAP Migration
- Working of On Premises exchange and SharePoint infrastructure

**Desired Certifications**
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or Equivalent
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- ITIL

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
**Qualifications**
B.E./B.Tech/MCA
