**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full lifecycle of travel insurance claims, from registration to final settlement.
- Assess the nature and extent of loss based on the provided documentation and policy terms.
- Take ownership of claims through to the settlement stage, ensuring accurate assessment of loss and calculation of payable amounts.
- Review claim documents to confirm policy coverage or request additional substantiation.
- Access third-party client systems to retrieve and verify claim data and transfer it to internal systems.
- Perform manual checks on policy details where automation isn’t in place.
- Ensure claims are reviewed and processed within predefined service timelines (7/14/21/28 days).
- Support quality checks and audit readiness by maintaining detailed claim records.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
