**About E Retail**:
E Retail Solutions is Amazon/Flipkart authorized serivice provider network provider helping sellers to grow their business on domestic/ International ecommerce marketplace.

**Job Summary-**
- Managing Return, Refund and Cancellation of orders at the same time should have knowledge to file claims for damage products and get refund from the marketplace.
- Able to reply help sellers to grow their business on different platform and can communicate with the sellers in English and Hindi fluently.
- Experienced in FBA, Inward, Outward, Create Removal or unsold products, Enabling FBA, and informed the sellers in advance about replenish the stock before it get stock with the help of average sold data.
- Should have good knowledge in MS Office, specially in Excel like v-lookup, h-lookup etc.
- Should have knowledge to optimize Sponsor Ads with minimum ACOS in both Manual and Automatic.
- Should have knowledge about Registration of Brand, Category and Brand Un-Gating and Approvals as per marketplace requirement.
- Able to drive the team in absence of supervisor and manage the floor independently.
- Ability to find area of improvement and opportunity to add more business vertical within the existing process.
- Take initiative to resolve the client escalation and resolve increase C-SAT
- Able to manage multiple sellers account (Minimum handle 10 sellers account.
- Communicate with the sellers/client on daily basis and take thier query and help them to resoove their issues on daily basis.
- **Qualification**:

- Minimum Graduation from any recognized university or institution is required for this position.
- MBA will be preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **1 year of RELEVANT Experience**is required for this position. **(NO FRESHERS PLEASE)**:

- Any related training, workshop, webinar attended will be added as advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
