**Job Summary**: As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing product listings across various online marketplaces, overseeing billing software, and ensuring timely order dispatch. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our e-commerce activities and improving customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketplace Management**:

- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms and company website(e.g. Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, Firstcry, Tata Cliq)
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies and trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

**Order Management**:

- Process incoming orders efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Track order status and communicate updates to customers as needed.

**Billing and Software Management**:

- Handle billing software, ensuring accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Reconcile orders with billing and inventory systems to maintain accuracy.
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues related to billing software.

**Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, billing, and product information.
- Provide exceptional support to enhance the customer experience.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in marketplace management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and billing software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
