**Visual Merchandiser - Job Responsibilities**

1) Ensuring uniformity of furniture displays across multiple store locations within their city and as per assigned.

2) Ensuring window display set up is proper and the focus lights are working and proper lighting on furniture + LED auto timer feature is up to date.

3) Maintaining a list of damaged / broken furniture or any decor at the stores to be rectified or replaced from local or National warehouses.

4) Floor management i.e ensuring all the furniture and decor set is up to date post customer visit and all the cushions and bed set up are re-arranged properly.

5) Liaising with retail professionals, including buyers, retail merchandisers, when necessary for events or any store maintenance requirement.

6) Installing and setting up window displays, walkways, reception counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose for new store launches.

7) Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for store decoration for events / festivals.

8) Inwarding of products at assigned stores and outwarding of the products - end to end inward outward process handling.

9) Admin - management - ensuring proper reporting of housekeeping and security at stores.

10) Ensuring cleanliness of the stores with a daily admin task list.

11) Time to time replenishment of decor and furnishings at each experience store.

12) Saturday - Sunday (Weekends) ensure to collect positive reviews on various social media platforms from walk in
- customers related to store display and ambience.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru - 560102, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
