**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store and online shopping experience. This role involves developing and executing visual concepts to enhance brand identity, increase foot traffic, and drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Visual Concept Development**:

- Design and execute innovative visual displays aligned with the brand's identity and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- **In-Store Merchandising**:

- Plan and implement store layouts to optimize traffic flow and product visibility.
- Create impactful window displays that attract and retain customers.
- Update displays regularly to reflect promotions, trends, and product launches.
- **Online Merchandising Support**:

- Provide input on product imagery and placement for the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
- **Sales Analytics Integration**:

- Analyze sales reports to identify high-performing products and adapt displays accordingly.
- Develop strategies to promote slow-moving inventory.
- **Team Collaboration & Training**:

- Work closely with store teams to ensure displays are executed as per the planogram.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on merchandising standards and visual guidelines.
- **Market Research & Trends**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Propose new ideas to keep the brand’s visual presentation fresh and competitive.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in fashion retail.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or CAD software.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and visual marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to think outside the box.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,771.26 per month

Schedule:
