Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within the apparel/fast fashion industry.

Strong understanding of the Myntra platform and e-commerce product presentation requirements.

Excellent coordination and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

A keen eye for fashion trends, styling, and visual merchandising.

Strong attention to detail in product specifications, techpacks, and online listings.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Proficient in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).Job Title: Visual Merchandiser - Apparel Fashion (Men’s Fast Fashion)

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Presentation & Collaboration:
Plan and execute season-wise visual presentation strategies for each assigned brand, working closely with the internal design team and brand managers.

Develop detailed plans for product displays and ensure all visual guidelines are followed to reflect brand identity.

Obtain necessary approvals for seasonal display strategies from the design team and relevant stakeholders.

Techpack Coordination & Bulk Planning:
Coordinate with the design team to receive tech packs and ensure to fill accurate details for trim count, fabric quantity, and all other relevant specifications for the junior merchant to organize

Analyze the techpack details to plan for bulk fabric and trims procurement, ensuring alignment with production timelines and minimizing delays.

T&A Planning & Photoshoot Coordination:
Work in tandem with the Merchandiser to plan the Time & Action (T&A) schedule, ensuring key milestones like photoshoot timelines and sample delivery are met.

Coordinate receipt and preparation of photoshoot samples, ensuring readiness for both catalog and lifestyle shoots.

Photoshoot Management:
Organize detailed photoshoots for products, ensuring correct cataloging, uploading, listing, and price stickering (MRP) on Myntra platform.

Oversee the DIY or Myntra studio shoots, ensuring that all necessary documentation and visuals meet brand and e-commerce standards.

Order Coordination & Documentation:
Upon receiving the packing list from the Merchandiser, secure Purchase Orders (POs) and slot bookings for Myntra, ensuring all necessary documentation is uploaded accurately onto the Myntra portal.

Ensure smooth dispatch and tracking of products to Myntra, verifying compliance with packaging, shipping, and documentation requirements.

Post-Dispatch & Pricing Management:
Monitor and regulate product pricing weekly, ensuring accurate reflection of market trends and brand guidelines.

Sales Performance Analysis:
Continuously analyze the sales data of products on Myntra to identify Best Sellers, Average Sellers, and Poor Sellers.

Provide feedback to design and merchandising teams based on sales trends, helping to inform future product development and strategy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
