**About the Role**

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to take overall responsibility for the **customer success team**. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams across initiatives and BAU activities. Expect a mix of **20% data analysis and strategy** and **80% client relationship building & management**, with complete ownership of the KPIs assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the **visual merchandising strategy** across all stores, ensuring impactful and engaging sample displays.
- Conceptualize and implement store layouts, displays, and arrangements that make client selection intuitive and inspiring.
- Lead visual merchandising for **new store launches**, ensuring a flawless and impactful debut.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align displays with campaigns, launches, and seasonal themes.
- Monitor and maintain sample inventory, ensuring accurate tagging, labeling, and presentation.
- Train and mentor store staff on merchandising principles to uphold consistent standards.
- Introduce innovative techniques and trends in merchandising to create a unique, premium in-store experience.
- Conduct regular audits of store displays and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Act as the **custodian of the brand experience**, ensuring stores feel premium, organized, and client-friendly.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 4-7 years of experience in **visual merchandising**, preferably in retail or interior materials/furnishing.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for detail, proportions, and color coordination.
- Passion for design and ability to translate concepts into engaging in-store displays.
- Excellent organizational and team leadership skills.
- Hands-on approach: comfortable working on the floor and overseeing execution directly.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and textures is a plus.
- Creative problem solver who can innovate within constraints.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
