Basic knowledge of ‘Point of Sale’ system (POS) **Experience** 1. 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations. Preferably with an established Retail Brand 2. Attend and assist the customers at store and provide adequate product knowledge 2. Influencing and selling jewellery 3. Achieve target - Monthly / Seasonal 4. Maintain high VM standard at store 5. Addressing all customer queries 6. Following up with the customers 7. Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers 8. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery. 9. Retaining the existing or new customers 10. Maintain and monitor store inventory 11. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel 12.
