This is a junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales or a related field. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving loan sales, ensuring effective relationship management, and meeting the financial needs of our clients. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in loan underwriting with the ability to assess and prepare loan documentation accurately and efficiently. Excellent credit analysis skills to evaluate the financial standing of MSME clients and facilitate suitable loan issuance. Proficient in CRM software for managing customer data and optimizing sales strategies through advanced customer engagement techniques. Effective relationship management skills to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Proficiency in Salesforce, enabling efficient management of sales pipelines and accurate tracking of client interactions and account status. Strong financial risk assessment abilities for identifying potential financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Superior negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements between clients and the company. Adept at lead generation to identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and contribute to the companys growth and profitability. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and approach potential MSME clients, fostering relationships to promote loan products and services. Conduct thorough analysis of client financials to evaluate loan eligibility and create tailored loan solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on suitable financial products. Manage client accounts using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and ongoing client engagement. Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance the overall effectiveness of sales activities. Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and outcomes to inform decision-making and strategy development. Participate in networking events and industry seminars to stay informed about market trends and expand the company's presence.
