Overview:
**MAIN PURPOSE**:
**As the Manager leading Marketing execution, this person must act as the point contact between Brand managers, Franchise managers and bottler team Market development managers (MDMs) and will be shaping how we show up in the market. He/she will be part of the growth team which plans and executes the trade marketing calendar of the company. This role will interact with all bottlers of India Country. **:Responsibilities:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITY**:
- Custodian of Marketing execution elements : Ensure design and implementation of image building activities to enhance brand image / brand visibility, awareness and recall at Point of sale through signages, visibility elements such as racks, shelf talkers etc. Also Oversee vendor management with respect to selecting and evaluating vendors/ working with bottler teams to develop new market execution elements
- Budget governance for Non VBL bottlers: Be responsible for trade marketing Budget ownership and allocation in Non VBL bottlers, execution of channel programs and brand level activations
- Part of Quarterly insights and planning process: Partners with manager in creation and execution of annual/quarterly calendar for Customer Marketing programs in alignment with BDA of bottlers and developed using insights from market share trends and other internal /external reports.
- Execute Brand /pack/Geo activation programs: Work in co-ordination with the HO brand teams, HO customer marketing teams and the regional sales teams, to ensure enhancement of brand presence and achievement of Bran penetration / weighted distribution tasks as may be discussed from time to time
- Dashboarding and feedback loops: Monitor and track execution for all Customer Marketing programs and feedback the company / bottler as the case my be with improvement areas fed back as per protocol
- Innovation & NPDs : Anchor and customize the launch Plan for New Brand/Pack/SKU/Promo Pack as per the Franchise business needs
Qualifications:

**Experience and Qualification**
- Sales, Customer/ Consumer Marketing experience with FMCG companies with a minimum experience of 3years
- MBA from Premier institute would be preferred
- Strong Communication, analytical, interpersonal, collaborative skills
**Attitudinal/ Behavioral**
- Very strong on integrity and Process orientation
- Collboration and influencing to unlock system leverage
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Project management/ organising skills
- Savvy Communication and Presentation skills to be able to create selling story pitches, be comfortable to work with sales teams on ground as well as present to senior management at the same time
