**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage directly with prospective customers and explain RoadCast’s products & services.
- Proactively pitch solutions in a clear, impactful, and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable solutions.
- Achieve conversions through direct interactions and assist customers with the purchase process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
- Represent RoadCast positively and maintain a strong brand presence.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in sales or direct customer engagement (Freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Comfortable engaging customers in person for extended durations.
- Basic tech-savviness or experience in selling technology-based products will be an added advantage.
