Responsible for achieving Insurance premium targets through the sales distribution channels & delivery on customer retention targets 2. Effectively manage the sales and Onboarding of customers 3. Ensure full adherence to the sales & activity management process 4. Focus on 13th & 25th months Persistency and Reinstatement Bucket **Key Skills**: 5. Should have high relationship building quotient 6. Should have capability to do reference generation from existing customers 7. Problem solving and decision-making capability 8. Influencing and selling skills 9. Aptitude for financial numbers 11.
