Field Sales Representative

v **Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for volume, value, and profit.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and promote company products.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Manage customer accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in sales training programs and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to achieve overall business goals.
v **Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
**Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust.
- Proficient in salesforce automation (SFA) tools and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry trends (a plus).
- Knowledge of competitor products and market landscape (a plus).

Pay: ₹15,303.18 - ₹25,000.00 per month
