**Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Building**:Proactively seek out and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

**Property Listing and Marketing**:Evaluate and assess properties to determine market value.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties.
Create compelling property listings with detailed descriptions and high-quality visuals.

**Buyer Representation**:Guide clients through the home-buying process, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Identify suitable properties based on client preferences and budget.
Coordinate and attend property showings and open houses.

**Negotiation**:Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for both buyers and sellers.
Mediate between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

**Market Research**:Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitive real estate landscape.
Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information to assist in decision-making.

**Transaction Management**:Oversee the entire real estate transaction process from listing to closing.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**Customer Service**:Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly.
Build and maintain a positive reputation through professionalism and ethical conduct.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent or salesperson is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Tech-savvy, familiarity with real estate software and tools.

**Education**:

- High school diploma; additional certifications or coursework in real estate is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹11,872.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
