**Description**:
You should have some experience in IT project management and a solid technical background٫ together with good organizational and team building.

**Job Location: Hyderabad**

**Work from Office is mandatory**

**Roles and Responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate with Insurance Companies and arrange product API’s
- Sharing the received API’s with our IT partner.
- Coordinate with Insurance companies and IT partners and make sure to resolve technical errors.
- Facilitate the interaction between end users and Technical support
- Provide training, maintain Database, document verification of POS, etc.
- Monitor Agents and POS network performance.
- Organize troubleshooting٫ repairs and data restoration

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years' of experienceworking as an IT coordinator
- Profound experience in IT database management and help desk support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
- BSc or BA degree in information technology or computer science.
- Insurance knowledge would be an added advantage
