Position: Online Journalist

**Responsibilities**:

- Write, edit and publish articles in accordance with editorial standards and policies.
- Produce engaging and informative content that appeals to our target audience.
- Fact-check all articles to ensure accuracy and credibility.
- Conduct thorough research on topics, including their background, development, and potential impact.
- Stay up-to-date with current affairs, trends and emerging issues in the industry.
- Ensure that all content meets SEO guidelines and is optimized for digital distribution.
- Collaborate with the digital team to develop new ideas, formats, and features.
- Use social media platforms to promote content and engage with the audience.
- Maintain high journalistic standards and uphold the brand's reputation for quality journalism.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in journalism, preferably in online journalism.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent research and fact-checking abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital publishing practices.
- Adept at using social media platforms for content promotion.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated passion for current events, news, and public affairs.

**Salary**: ₹146,825.55 - ₹635,364.98 per year
