Job Title: Public Relations (PR) Manager

Experience Required: 4-6 years Noida Sec 90 (WFO, 5 days)


Key Responsibilities (KRA):


- Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance brand image and visibility.

- Build and maintain strong media relations with journalists, publications, and key influencers.

- Manage brand reputation through proactive communication and crisis management.

- Draft, review, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

- Organize press conferences, media interactions, and promotional events.

- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to measure PR effectiveness.

- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.


- Identify opportunities for publicity, thought leadership, and industry networking.

- Serve as the spokesperson for the brand when required.

- Maintain strong internal communication to align teams on PR initiatives.

- Strong expertise in brand representation, promotion, and publicity.

- Proven experience in managing media relations and crisis communication.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.

- Good understanding of digital PR, social media platforms, and online reputation management.

- Creative mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on PR opportunities.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- MBA/Bachelors in marketing
