- Telecaller**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers to promote products/services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive outreach and cold calling.
- **Follow-ups**: Schedule and follow up on customer appointments, ensuring timely responses.
- **Sales Conversion**: Provide product information, address customer concerns, and convert inquiries into sales.
- **Database Management**: Accurately maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Customer Support**: Assist with basic customer service issues and direct them to the appropriate team when needed.
