**Your key responsibilities as a Finance Executive - Accounts Payable will be to**:

- Processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and employees.
- Monitoring discount opportunities and resolving discrepancies related to purchase orders, contracts, and payments.
- Charging expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports.
- Reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statements to maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance while updating your knowledge through ongoing learning opportunities.

**To join us as a Finance Executive - Accounts Payable you will need the following experience and skills**:

- You must have prior experience in accounts payable, including handling travel and expense claims.
- You will have strong data entry skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- You should be proficient with PC tools and accounting software; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- You must have a solid understanding of accounting principles and vendor relationship management.
- You will ideally have experience working with EMEA region accounts and hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
