**Job Title**: Field Collection Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Visit customers at their registered addresses for payment collections.
- Follow up on overdue payments and encourage timely settlements.
- Educate customers on outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options.
- Submit daily visit reports and update the system with collection status.
- Ensure all collections are handled ethically and within company guidelines.
- Collect customer feedback and report any service-related issues faced in the field.
- Coordinate with the customer care and backend teams for support or escalations.
- Verify customer documents or addresses as part of the collection process.
- Handle basic customer queries on billing and guide them through payment procedures.
- Achieve assigned field visit and recovery targets on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper documentation of collections and issue receipts where applicable.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
