Job Summary:
A talented Graphic Designer with strong creative, artistic abilities and a keen eye for detail & aesthetics. They will possess an advanced understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition. The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and produce a diverse range of marketing materials to enhance our brand. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

**Job Type**:Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand instructional creative briefs and generate unique ideas.
- Design a variety of digital and print materials including (but not limited to): brochures, flexes, communications campaigns, infographics/ data visualization, videography/ photography, powerpoint presentations, event materials, advertising, social media graphics (for LinkedIn, Meta, etc) and publications (e.g., blogs, research reports, white papers, newsletters, etc).
- Use video creation software (e.g., After Effects & Premiere Pro) to create corporate videos, animated videos, and other marketing videos for specific projects.
- Develop layouts, colour schemes, and typography aligned with project objectives.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to execute high-quality graphics.
- Prepare files for different output formats.
- Provide video and photographic support for events.
- Design and update websites.
- Knowledge of print production processes.
- Thorough knowledge of print production including file preparation, paper selection, inks, and finishes.
- Should be able to make reels/ social media posts independently

**Required Skills**:

- 1-4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design/Interactive Design with Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
- Large format print files
- Experience in adobe premier pro and adobe after affects
- Familiarity with Dreamweaver, HTML, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Dropbox.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative concepts.
- Strong design, layout, and formatting skills.
- Integration of typographic, photographic, and graphic elements.
- Consistency with brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Effective project management and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Awareness of design trends and emerging tools.
- Experience with 3D Rendering is a plus.
- Relevant experience in education or commercial real estate preferred.

Desired Software Proficiency:

- After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, In Design, Canva, Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

- 1-4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design/ Visual Arts/Interactive Design.
- Post Graduation in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or related field.
- Large format print files
- Experience in adobe premier pro and adobe after affects
- Digital portfolio required.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
