The Graphic Designer will focus on creating high-quality marketing and branding materials that align with the institution's visual identity. The role requires a balance of creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking to produce impactful designs for print, digital, and event-related assets.

**Key Responsibilities**

2. Create branding assets for events, merchandise, and internal/external communication.

3. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to design educational and promotional materials.

4. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.

5. Optimize designs for both print and digital mediums.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

1. **Design Quality and Creativity**: Maintain high design standards with consistent stakeholder satisfaction**:30%**

2. **Timely Delivery**: Percentage of design projects delivered within agreed timelines**:25%**

3. **Project Volume**: Number of assets successfully created and implemented per month**:20%**

4. **Brand Consistency**: Ensure adherence to brand identity in all materials**:15%**

5. **Feedback Incorporation**: Timeliness and quality of revisions based on feedback**:10%**

**Key Skillset**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and branding principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity to conceptualize and execute unique visual solutions.
- Familiarity with optimizing designs for print and digital outputs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

**Experience Level**
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in branding and marketing.
- Experience designing for educational, tech, or similar industries is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of marketing and branding designs.

**Salary Bracket**

₹4-6 LPA (based on experience and expertise).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
