Solar Proposal & Estimation

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible for creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- To ensure that requests are assigned and delegated within the team and completed in a timely manner
- To assist the team members with technical expertise and support them as and when required.
- Responsible for motivating team members, monitoring team performance and maintaining the report on metrics
- To discover training needs and provide coaching wherever required.
- Assisting the sales teams and pacifying the reps in case of delays from the team, resolving issues by connecting to the related departments, internal or external partners.
- Engaging with team members, listening to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team building activities

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience in managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any similar field
- 2+ years of experience in Solar (Designs)
- Good Computer Skills in windows office, especially MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Excellent oral and written communication with leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Strong Decision-making skills
- Should be willing to work in flexible shifts

**Job Types**:
