- Tender Management
- Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications for solar EPC projects (utility-scale/rooftop).
- Identify project scope, risk factors, contractual terms, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, compliance statements, and costing sheets.
- Manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, and interactions with clients/consultants.
- Ensure timely submission of bids as per tender deadlines.
- Costing & Estimation
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates, including equipment, materials, civil, electrical, and installation costs.
- Obtain vendor quotations for critical equipment like solar modules, inverters, transformers, and BoS.
- Conduct price benchmarking and market intelligence to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with design, procurement, finance, and project execution teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for technical proposals and cost estimations.
- Coordinate with legal team for review of contractual terms and risk mitigation.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare bid documents, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Maintain tender database, track submission status, and record outcomes for future reference.
- Business Support
- Support Business Development team in identifying upcoming tenders and opportunities.
- Provide insights on project feasibility, risks, and profitability.
- Contribute to strategy for improving win rates and cost optimization.
