A Tour Package Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel itineraries for clients. They work with travel agents and companies to book accommodations, transportation, and excursions, ensuring a seamless travel experience. They also handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, and resolve any travel-related issues, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

**Designing itineraries**: Create itineraries and costings based on the traveler's travel plan
- **Communicating information**: Share information on destinations, culture, weather, local customs, language, currency, and events
- **Building trust**: Build trust with clients by demonstrating integrity and professional competence
- **Understanding client needs**: Understand the client's requirements, interests, and wishes
- **Processing bookings**: Process bookings with hotels and transport vendors
- **Negotiating rates**: Negotiate rates for group bookings and hotel reservations
- **Providing information**: Provide travelers with information and travel materials
- **Handling problems**: Handle problems and complaints
- **Maintaining relationships**: Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, travel partners, and other stakeholders
- **Educating clients**: Educate clients regarding the cancellation policy, refunds, or any penalties
- **Staying informed**: Stay informed about travel trends, regulations, and industry-related news

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
