**Job Title: Tour Contracting and Operations Manager**

**Experience: 15-20 years**

**Location: Sion, Mumbai**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and other vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for tour packages.
- **Supplier Management**: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners in key tourist destinations. Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contract renewals, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- **Product Development**: Collaborate with product development teams to create unique and compelling tour packages and itineraries. Research new destinations, attractions, and experiences to enhance the company's product offerings.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor costs and expenses related to tour operations, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities. Develop strategies to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate logistics for tour operations, including transportation arrangements, hotel bookings, meal arrangements, and activity scheduling. Ensure smooth and efficient execution of tour itineraries.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality tour experiences. Conduct regular inspections and audits of suppliers and service providers to maintain quality standards.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to tour participants before, during, and after their travels. Address any issues or concerns raised by customers and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and assess potential risks and hazards associated with tour operations, such as safety concerns, political instability, and natural disasters. Develop contingency plans and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of tour participants.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- MICE costing: 10 years (preferred)
- Mice Contracting: 10 years (preferred)
