**Job description**:
The incumbent will be responsible for Tour Contracting & Operations (MICE)

Attending to Corporate Queries & work with sales team to close queries.

Preparing client proposals, presentations & estimates.

Negotiating with transport vendors, hotels, ticketing team, etc.

Years of experience: 2-4 years

Salary range: 25000 - 40000 per month

Specific industry preference: MICE

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MICE industry in domestic / international operations.

Negotiation and relationship building skills.

Must have experience in handling corporate MICE Groups.

Should have a network in travel industry at international MICE destinations (vendors, hoteliers, transporters etc)

Coordinating and finalizing with vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project

Comfortable to travel with groups.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, tourism, or a related field. Additional certifications in travel and tourism are preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the travel, tour, or MICE industry.
- Knowledge of itinerary planning, cost management, and vendor management related to MICE events and travel arrangements.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using travel and tour management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- tour operations: 3 years (preferred)
