**Roles and Responsibility**

**Job Description**:
1) UCS Manager experience.

Knows the components of a UCS environment.

Knows how to add and remove blades and servers.

UCS Manager upgrade experience.

UCS Central experience would be a bonus.

2) Dealing with Cisco TAC.

Calling in problem cases (SRs)

Problem solving

Dealing with RMAs at multiple remote facilities

3) Working with FEs at multiple remote data center sites to get bad components replaced.

4) Working with CAT project schedules.

5) Basic VMWare vCenter experience.

6) Microsoft Office experience (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
