We are looking for a competent Back Office Executive to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
The qualities we are looking for are:
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Will have proven experience in same or related role is an added advantage.
Good oral and written communication skills
Should take ownership of the work ( we believe in completely hands off style of management)
**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Assistance
Office Assistance
Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
Drafting, checking, and storing various documents required by the management.
Social media marketing and online business development activities about our business
Support business development activities
Gather collate and summarize data from various sources.
Prepare reports from time to time as needed.
**Requirements**:
Graduate from any Field
Prior experience in administrative positon
Ability to learn
Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi, Gujarati
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
