Graduate in BE(EEE/ECE) with 2-3 yrs of experience in sales coordination role.
- Good communication skills with fluency and good Knowledge in Operating Computers.
- Creating Leads and Generating enquires (Mail Enquiry or Phone calls from existing clients)
- Preparing Quotation on Zoho books
- Explain the quotation and technical specs to the client briefly.
- Regular follow-up with the client to close the sale till we receive the PO.
- Preparing a Checklist once we receive the PO from the Client.
- Portal Handling (L&T, Ariba, Hatsun and Gem).
- RFQ Participating in L&T Portal.
- Participating in Japanese reverse auctions for Customers like L&T and Hatsun.
- Tender Preparation (Documentation/EMD follow-up and uploading the Doc in the portal).
- Co-ordinating for solar-related work.
- Documentation of Received PO.
- Documentation of Sales offer.
- Create new venders pool.
- Inward coordinate with service team to complete the inspection of materials prior to dispatch.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

- Chennai - 600032, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
