**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handling inbound/outbound calls to lead or data of customers and potential clients
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about UK Admissions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information
- Meet or exceed performance goals
- Follow up with customers regularly without any gap
- Generate maximum walk-ins for more enrollments
- Achive given targets on time
- Any graduate with 1+ years experience in telecalling, Freshers can also apply
- Good Command over English - Speaking and Writing.
- Sales oriented and target driven attitude
- Sales, Presentation and convincing skills.
- Profession approach towards clients.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
