**We are Hiring for Education Counsellor**
- Counsel and assist students with their admission in Top Engineering, Medical, MBA & BBA Colleges and Abroad needs SAT,GMAT,GRE, Profile Building,& Applications, etc.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
- or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Help to plan sales campaigns create a sales pipeline.
- Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.

**Work experience**:
3 to 10+ years of work experience in the education industry.

- Superior written and spoken English communication ability.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Providing information with great commitment on desired courses & UK information based on needs & aspirations

2. Assisting students with visa requirements for UK and conducting mock visa interviews and sorting and arranging all the visa documents in a manner

3. Managing University events with group of students and Meeting foreign university delegates

4. Representing Empire Tech Overseas Group for all international education fairs and events

5. Great communication with universities and university delegates

6. Contribute quite lot to developing Empire Tech brand

7. Very flexible and able to meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention

8. Perfect and Reliable/Good at hitting deadlines.

9. Good communication and influencing skills with a US/UK real time exposure

10. Strong Sales Attitude with very good confident results

12. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a high attention to detail

13. Manage well when work is unexpectedly busy and short staffed

Brilliant in overcoming problems to achieve a goal

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
