**About the Role**

We are looking for passionate folks to join our team as Student Coaches.

Leverage Edu Coaches are “student-first” mentors responsible for maintaining relationships with the students throughout their admission process. They are expected to assist students throughout their study abroad journey, from shortlisting the right-fit courses and universities to ensuring their successful admission and enrolment.

The student coach serves as the primary contact for the student and is responsible for student satisfaction and overall student happiness. She/he is expected to consistently provide excellent service to students and represent student needs and goals within the organization.

**Location: Noida**

**What will you do What will you need**:

- Take complete ownership for a group of students -Graduate/MBA in the field of business/ including course and country evaluation, management/ psychology with a onboarding, detailed counselling, regular follow-ups minimum of 1 year of experience. and manage the overall responsibility of the students assigned -Proven experience in student counselling, preferably in an international education environment.
- Create a trusted relationship with students virtually
- Exemplary sales and negotiation skills while as their Coach for any guidance related to University having a student-first approach. admissions and catering to their preliminary eligibility(GRE,GMAT) and language -Possess strong research skills skills(IELTS,TOEFL etc..) as well
- Ability to present, persuade and
- Build cross-discipline relationships in the **What will you get ** organization, partnering closely with the Growth

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
