Work closely with the Creative Director and secondarily with partners in Engineering, Product, and those closest to the customer to understand the scope and requirements
- Familiarity with and ability to maintain Sketch Libraries and style guides
- Identify use cases and edge cases
- Identify user roles and journeys
- Conceptualize high level solutions using whiteboarding, sketching, and wireframes
- Optimize the usability of existing features by assessing the existing flows and behaviors of the system, and identifying gaps with industry standard approaches and methodologies
- Collaborate with development team to ensure proposed functionality is feasible
- Present proposed mockup solutions to clients and internally
- Assist the Creative Director and Business Analysts with documentation of UX and front-end requirements for proposed feature solutions
- Have an understanding of how the capabilities of various programming technologies (JavaScript, HTMLCSS, etc.) impact design and development efforts, user interface possibilities, data accessibility, and compatibility across multiple versions of the same platform (web browsers, mobile OS, etc.)
- Learn, grow, and be challenged
- Create, ideate, and execute
- Understand the needs of the business by leveraging a good, better, best approach as needed
- Support the Creative Director in their efforts to integrate design across the SDLC at Flatirons Competency
- Understand your audience through empathy and research
- Ability to verbalize font-end requirements from a design solution perspective
- Confident and experience-based UX direction both in-house and client facing
- Familiarity with personas and the ability to create solutions that adapt to meet the needs of specific users, and through various lenses
- Comfortable interacting and presenting to project stakeholders, inside and outside Flatirons
- Familiarity in the agile process and a desire to work in JIRA to align with Engineering teams
- High level understanding of how designs will translate to implementation for tech team members
- Ability to work comfortably on a small team as an individual contributor
- Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide strong solutions that match industry best practices for complex products and infrastructure
- High aptitude for learning and putting learned information into practice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
