**Responsibilities**

- **Strategy Execution**:Execute social media marketing strategies aligned with the target audience.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
- **Insights and Recommendations**: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance engagement and reach.
- **Interactive Campaigns**: Implement interactive campaigns to boost user engagement and loyalty.
- **Content Calendar**: Develop and manage a content calendar for timely and consistent social media postings.
- **Publication Management (Visibility)**: Handle content creation and publication schedules for maximum visibility and impact.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain a consistent and on-brand digital presence across all social media platforms.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure content relevance.
- **Audience Engagement**: Foster genuine relationships with the online audience by actively responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English
- both written and verbal
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and report on performance.
- Effective people skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Creativity and the ability to adapt strategies to changing trends.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications or a related stream
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Certification course/diploma in social media and similar field of study
