**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Bank / NBFC
- Secured Loan experience is preferable.

Key Role Descriptors:

- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with

existing and potential customers in rural areas.
- Regularly interact with clients to understand their financial requirements and provide

personalized assistance.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify potential customers and create strategies to

expand the customer base.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products

and services.
- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and suitability of different financial Products.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
