**Job description**

**Job Summary**

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and looking forward to excelling in their career in IPR.
- Fresher can also apply.
- Fresher will go through Training Tenure

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
3. Assist in Research statutes & laws to help in preparation for responding office actions

4. Drafting recent case related laws related to IPR (specially Patent & Trademark).

5. End to End docketing.

6. Maintaining strict deadlines with clients and sending reminders to attend future actions.

7. Follow up with clients regarding upcoming deadlines and instructions.

**Skill Set**:

- Good knowledge of all types of patent/ trademark-related documents & forms as well as varied correspondence, memos of attorney, and assignment presentations.
