**Role Summary**

The individual in this role will be responsible for organising and carrying out various digital marketing and awareness campaigns on sites such as Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others. Additionally, he or she will be in charge of marketing and trend analysis in order to expand the brand's visibility on the platforms mentioned above.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute result-oriented digital marketing strategies.
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

2. Designing:

- Design posts, reels and videos for Instagram and social media platforms.
- Edit videos for the daily postings.
- Create content of the activities taking place at the organisation and post them regularly on social media platforms.

3. Content Marketing:

- Plan engaging and SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and videos.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

4. Social Media Management:

- Manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop creative social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Analyse digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest actionable improvements.

6. Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:

- Develop strategies to capture and nurture leads through landing pages, forms, and targeted ads.
- Optimize the customer journey to maximize conversions.

7. Trend Analysis and Innovation:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Suggest innovative marketing tactics to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Educational Background: A certification from any recognized digital marketing institute or must have at least 6-12 months of experience.
- Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe premier etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO techniques, Google ads and Meta ads will be a plus.
- Should be familiar with trending keywords research.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
